'theVoicePartyOperaBotFarm' is an opera, and twitter is it's stage. It is the campaign department of The Voice Party. Programmed to act as a chorus of offering jokes,commentary and advice as the choruses of the ancient Greek dramas did. It is a  constant stream of operatic content to act as a counterpoint to political lies.
